Thanarat / Dhanarat Golf Club is located in the Fort Thanarat military camp in Pranburi, is not a fantastic championship golf course, nor was it intended. This is one of two 18 holes low green fee golf courses throughout the year in the Hua Hin area. 

It is a great place to start playing golf in quiet surroundings, don't forget that few golfers can afford to just play the very best golf courses. It is incredibly important that there are golf courses in different price ranges, because the most important thing is the love of the golf game.

The golf course has some nice holes and offers challenges for both experienced and less experienced golfers. Have sadly been in poor condition recent years, the quality dropped after the Royal Thai Army open Seapine golf course in 2010 as a retreat for soldiers, veterans and their families. 

Ten years later, the hotel chain Dusit Thani takes over the management of the two hotels and the Sea Pine golf course in Suan Son Pradiphat. Can this lead to a new effort and upgrade of the Thanarat golf course?
