The correct address is Selakam Road 75/1 where the lobby is. The rooms are located in the backyard which is 75/2. Some maps give the address incorrectly to Selakam Alley, or Soi Selakam. Don't worry, you will come to the right place.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. After this, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

You are liable for any damage caused to the room, hotel premises or property caused by you or any person travelling with you.
One child 10 and under can stay for free when using existing bedding. No extra beds or cribs are available. We are very fond of children, but nothing is adapted. Keep in mind that there is nightlife around us, because we are located in the middle of downtown.
Early check-in are "subject to availability".
12.00 (Noon) - 12.59 PM = FREE
9:00 AM - 11.59 AM = Half day charge
Before 9:00 AM= Full day charge
Late check-out are "subject to availability".
11.30 AM - 12.29 PM = FREE
12:30 PM - 17.30 PM = Half day charge
After 17:30 PM= Full day charge
Early check-in or late check-out can only be used with bookings of at least one night.
Quiet hours 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. You can smoke in designated smoking areas.
Parties / events must be agreed in advance. Pets are not allowed.
ROOM CLEANING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For guests staying more than one night. Many of our customers do not want to be disturbed, we respect this. We never knock on the door or enter your room unless housekeeping has been ordered.
Choose between our two Housekeeping options:
1 is the main choice / 2 must be ordered at our Front Desk.
1: HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES PERFORMED UPON REQUEST
Let us know before 1 p.m. Drop your room key in the box labeled "Housekeeping" at the Front Desk or notify our staff.
2: DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Your room will be cleaned every day between 10 am and 3 pm. The housekeeping staff will knock on your door, if there is no answer they lock themselves in. This service is ordered at our Front Desk between 10 am and 6 pm.
- Please place towels you want to be changed on the floor
- We change bed linen at the first room cleaning after the 3rd night if we do not receive any other notification.
- If you need clean towels, water bottles or any other amenities, the lobby has those items available for you around the clock.
We are not the biggest, best or most exclusive, but we have something that is priceless, our staff and especially our manager Kanjana (Pong). Her care and love for our guests is unique. "Every job is done with 100% heart" is her motto.
